The Opportunity
The Faculty of Science is looking for an experienced and highly capable Technical Specialist to lead and deliver highquality technical services that underpin the Schools teaching and research activities in electronics instrumentation and embedded systems. This is a pivotal role that ensures our laboratories equipment and technical infrastructure operate safely efficiently and to the highest professional standards.
In this role you will apply your advanced theoretical and practical expertise to manage and deliver a diverse range of technical services. You will oversee and undertake complex activities across electrical and electronic design instrumentation data acquisition and control computer interfacing and embedded systems development. Your work will directly support program outcomes in electrical/electronic engineering robotics and related fields.
The successful candidate will be a highly skilled technical professional with deep expertise in electronics instrumentation embedded systems and computerbased control.
