POSITION RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Reports directly to the Director of Operations

• Provide strong leadership to salaried and hourly employees across the facility
• Lead daily and weekly meetings to set direction align priorities and drive accountability
• Manage and execute projects with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement
• Foster a positive work environment through team building and effective communication
• Act as the primary liaison with corporate partners and onsite customers
• Direct coordinate and evaluate work activities processes and team performance
• Implement and sustain Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives
• Establish track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze data and generate productivity reports to support business decisions
• Develop and manage operational budgets in alignment with company and customer expectations
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Promote and enforce a safe working environment and adherence to company policies

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Engineering or related field
  OR minimum 7 years of relevant operations experience
• Experience in third-party logistics (3PL) or warehousing environments required
• Strong knowledge of:
• Part sequencing
• Just-in-Time (JIT) / Just-in-Sequence (JIS)
• Value-added services (kitting deconsolidation metering)
• Proven leadership and customer-facing experience
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in Root Cause Analysis
• Experience conducting Layered Process Audits (LPA)
• Proficiency with ERP and/or WMS systems
• Demonstrated success in launching new operations or leading turnarounds
• Ability to be available as needed (including after hours)
• First responder mindset with the ability to react quickly in critical situations

Location: On-site in Philadelphia PA

Schedule/ Shift: Monday to Friday 8AM 4PM

Travel Requirements:Initial travel to other sites for training

Over Time:Possible weekends
