About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to lead AI Innovation & Incubation for the ServiceNow Core Platform. This role is responsible for identifying incubating piloting and operationalizing emerging AI capabilities within ServiceNow ensuring they are productionready and scalable across a large federated enterprise environment.
This position operates at the intersection of product strategy technical innovation and platform enablement partnering closely with engineering architecture risk compliance and delivery teams to bring new AIenabled capabilities into production in a responsible and sustainable way shaping how AI is introduced and adopted across the platform.
In this role you will:
- Own endtoend product strategy and execution for AI innovation and incubation within the ServiceNow platform
- Identify and evaluate emerging AI capabilities and determine viability value and readiness
- Lead proofofconcepts and pilot efforts defining clear objectives success criteria and scale decisions
- Deliver AIenabled solutions designed for longterm enterprisescale use balancing innovation platform stability and future extensibility
- Act as a strategic product advisor influencing AI product direction investment priorities and longterm outcomes across the ServiceNow platform ecosystem
- Lead the resolution of highly complex ambiguous product challenges requiring indepth evaluation across multiple teams domains and enterprise stakeholders
- Apply strong product judgment analytical thinking and creativity to shape solutions and requirements
- Design AI solutions that align with ServiceNow workflows data models extensibility and integration patterns
- Enable adoption of platformlevel AI solutions across the ServiceNow ecosystem through clear engagement models reusable patterns and guidance
- Influence how teams incorporate AI capabilities into their products ensuring solutions are practical scalable and supportable
- Partner closely with engineering architecture risk compliance and security teams to ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards and operational expectations
- Engage effectively with professionals across product technology and governance functions to align priorities resolve dependencies and drive progress across complex initiatives
- Ensure AI solutions are designed with appropriate controls observability and operational readiness
- Support alignment with enterprise AI governance processes through strong partnership and clearly defined process definition
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of digital product management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
- Handson experience delivering products on the ServiceNow platform within a large enterprise environment
- Experience leading AIenabled solutions from concept through pilot and into scaled supported platform capabilities
- Proven ability to lead highly complex crossfunctional initiatives through influence and product expertise
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience leading AI automation or advanced platform capabilities within large enterprise environments
- Strong working knowledge of AI governance and risk considerations including data privacy security and compliance
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform considerations such as upgrades plugins and performance
- Experience operating in highly regulated industries (e.g. financial services healthcare government)
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear product use cases and measurable business outcomes
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Ability to work on-site in one of the listed locations in a hybrid environment
