About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth we are looking for a Financial Controller to join us! This is a Fixed Term Contract role which will commence in July and will run for a minimum of 9 months potentially extending past this into a year.

Responsibilities include

• Play a key role in building a best in class finance function by strengthening processes systems and ways of working.
• Own the quality accuracy and integrity of accounting data ensuring strong audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Drive confidence in financial systems and reporting for the CFO and senior leadership team.
• Responsible for auditing.
• Oversee and document day-to-day operational finance processes including invoicing collections payables and payroll
• Lead efficient weekly and monthly reporting including a robust month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure timely completion of tax statutory and financial reporting requirements.

A little bit about you.

Wed really like to hear from you if you have the following -

• Newly qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with 3 years audit experience.
• Hands-on experience using ERP system such as Sage Intacct SAP Vision NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of the Financial Controller role and accountability across core finance operations and reporting.
• Confident relationship-builder with the ability to partner beyond Finance and influence a range of stakeholders.
• Highly organised self-motivated and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of statutory reporting requirements for legal entities with experience of taking end to end ownership.
