The Senior Project Manager primary mandate is ensuring seamless timely cost effective and accurate Project Management/Delivery for NRT suite of products to our customers as well as various internal initiatives for New System(s) and/or System Upgrades Compliance Requirements and New Products launch. Candidates with strong experience in payment processing acquiring network merchant services are CompetenciesExcellent Project Management SkillsBusiness and Product Analysis SkillsExcellent Communications (Oral/Written)Customer Focused and Results OrientedAnalytical/Problem Solving; Process Driven ApproachBuilding RelationshipsAbility to quickly grasp new concepts (Quick Learner)Team PlayerFlexibility/AdaptabilityKey Responsibilities Projects (Gaming and Financial)Manage multiple large complex projects from Initiation to delivery using Waterfall Agile or Hybrid MethodologiesEnsure all required Project Artifacts are developed updated and delivered to all relevant stakeholders (Project Charters Project Plans Communication Requirements etc.)Utilize payment and merchant services experience to perform business and product analysis and documentationEvaluate project risk factors and communicate action plans to all relevant stakeholdersConvene lead or participate in project meetings that involve client representatives internalstaff and third parties from operational staff level to senior executive managementExecute project closure by conducting archiving project postmortems and/or debriefings Track and manage the resolution of outstanding project issues or requirements escalate them to right stakeholder(s) when neededRecommend process improvements based on industry or latest best practicesAdhere to best industry practices of certification and complianceAny additional duties as assigned by the Director PMO and/or designateQualificationsBachelors Degree in Computer Science/EngineeringMinimum 5 - 10 years of Project Management experience requiredA proven track record of successful project implementation in a software development financial services and or payment and merchant processing environmentPrevious payment processing and acquiring merchant services or casino/gaming experience is preferredSome travel may be requiredExcellent organization written and client facing presentation skillsExperience of the entire project life cycle; able to operate from the initial conceptual design stage to final implementation and closeThorough knowledge of MS Office MS Project JIRAFormal training in Project Management with PMP certification preferredPMP certification is an asset
