Job Summary
Position Description
Clearance Level: U.S. Citizen with Secret clearance
Location: On-site Mobile AL (shipyard onboard vessels)
Position Summary
NetSEA Technologies is seeking an experienced TSM Administrator to manage deficiency tracking systems supporting construction and trials ensuring accurate tracking of trial cards corrective actions and system deficiencies from creation through closure.
Roles / Responsibilities
Deficiency Management
- Manage TSM and ETC systems for tracking deficiencies
- Support surveillance inspections and corrective action tracking
Trial Support (Critical Role)
- Support dock trials builders trials and INSURV
- Maintain deployable network (up to 20 systems) for trial execution
- Generate trial card reports and metrics
System Administration
- Maintain ship-specific deficiency databases
- Support screening validation and closure of deficiency records
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or 6 years experience
- Security Certification (REQUIRED)
- Experience with TSM system and ETC tool
- Knowledge of ship construction deficiency tracking processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting INSURV or naval ship trials
- Knowledge of ATO requirements
