Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in documentation. Capable of working under supervision and adhering to precise instructions. Demonstrates compassion and a patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities:

• Manage hearing aid operations: ordering repairs inventory and patient follow-up.
• Perform basic audiologic procedures: calibration checks otoscopic inspections and hearing tests.
• Assist audiologists with pediatric and adult audiometry and hearing aid fittings.
• Conduct hearing aid orientations and demonstrate assistive listening devices (ALDs).
• Maintain audiology supply inventory and complete necessary documentation.
• Complete administrative tasks including patient calls and correspondence.

Physical and Environmental Demands:
