Weve identified a gap thats holding us back: new features get built but arent consistently converted into revenue. Product knowledge doesnt reliably reach the sales team. And commercial feedback often arrives at our Product team too late or in the wrong format.
Thats where you come in. As GTM Enablement Manager (all genders) you are the link between our Product and Commercial teams ensuring both work together seamlessly.
You will be part of our Business Development Team while also taking on strategic BD topics that directly influence Wemolos growth trajectory.
What to expect
Ownership of the Commercial x Product Interface
You own the interface between Commercial and Product: from structured needs assessment within the sales team through to prioritised handover to Product as well as communication flowing back from Product to Sales.
You ensure that market feedback feeds into the roadmap backed by a business case not just gut feeling.
Product Playbook & Sales Enablement
You own the Product Playbook from a commercial perspective: current clear and sellable.
You translate new features and release notes into sales language concrete value propositions not technical spec sheets.
You develop training and onboarding formats for the sales team: for new starters as well as for product launches.
GTM Execution & Launch
You make sure new features dont just go live they actually get sold. You do this through playbooks pitch materials and upselling approaches developed in collaboration with our Account Management team.
Together with Business Development and Sales you define how new products and features are introduced into existing and new verticals.
You independently lead strategic BD projects tied to product: market sizing for new features business cases for roadmap decisions and piloting new solutions.
Collaboration
You work closely with Product Sales Marketing and Operations as the connecting link between teams structuring alignment and driving decisions forward.
You report directly to the Head of Business Development and are organisationally anchored within the Commercial area.

Experience & Background
Several years of experience (35 years) in a role at the intersection of Product and Commercial e.g. as a Product Marketing Manager Business Analyst in a SaaS environment Strategy Consultant with a tech focus or a Business Development Manager with strong product exposure.
Ideally experience in a fast-growing B2B scale-up or startup.

You can translate complex product relationships into clear customer value.
