Job Summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking forSpeech Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our teams providing home health visits throughout Arizona. Youll be working with adult and geriatric clients in the place they feel most comfortabletheir homes.
You dont need prior home health experience to applyif youre passionate about patient care well support you every step of the way.
In this role youll be part of a collaborative care team helping clients improve their communication swallowing and overall quality of life while allowing them to remain safely at home.
What youll do:
- Visit clients in their homes across your assigned area
- Evaluate and treat speech language communication and swallowing challenges
- Create personalized care plans and adjust them as your clients progress
- Partner with other clinicians to deliver well-rounded care
- Educate patients and families so they feel confident continuing care at home
- Document your visits and progress using our easy-to-use EMR system
What were looking for:
- An active SLP license in Arizona
- Graduate of a speech-language pathologist program accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in
Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association
(ASHA). - Comfort with basic technology and documentation systems
