IronMountain Solutions Inc. is currently seeking an employee to join the IMS team as a Team Lead working with the Office of the Secretary of War Prototyping and Experimentation office. The candidate must be a self-starter well-organized and have exceptional communication skills. Additionally the candidate must have experience working with Senior Military Officers and be comfortable engaging with Senior Military Officials at the 3-Star and Above Level.

The Team Lead will provide leadership to a team that will work with the OSW P&E Program Manager to establish experimental capabilities as an Army Program of Record. Additionally the Project Lead will be the OSW P&E POC for the coordination of P&E critical capabilities participation in Army Experimentation exercise.

The Team Lead should have an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience with experience / knowledge of OSW or Joint Staff PEOs and have experience establishing coordination across multiple Senior Staffs and Services.

The selected candidate must maintain a Secret security clearance. The candidate must work without daily guidance and supervision. The candidate must be willing to travel in support of OSW P&E Project.

Completion of a defense Senior Service College is required. Selection and successful completion of Army O6 Level command is highly desirable.

Job Duties:

The Project Lead shall provide overall team direction and guidance to include managing resources to meet or exceed customer expectations. Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Transition Coordination. Coordinate the transition of the OSW P&E programs and capabilities into Army program of records by engaging key stakeholders within the Army.
• Requirements Alignment. Coordination and refine formal Army requirements documents for OSW P&E programs such as Capability Development Documents (CDDs) Directed Requirement or Initial Capability Documents (ICD). Works closely with PAE AVN CPE UAS FCC HQs and user representatives to ensure the documented requirements accurately reflect operational needs.
• Transition Document Coordination. The Contractor shall assist with the development and coordination of transition documentation necessary for the formal handoff of capabilities to an Army Program of Record or equivalent acquisition sponsor. transition are clearly defined and executable.
• Technology Demonstration/Exercise Coordination. Coordinate the participation of the capabilities in technology demonstrations/Exercises in support of transition operations.
• In conjunction with ESD leadership participate in the hiring process of to establish team.
• Interface with the PM/technical customers/Government COR to address and resolve all issues that may surface during the project.
