Key Responsibilities
Manual handling qualifications and experience.
Provide one-on-one support aligned with personalised care plans
Assist with personal care domestic tasks meal prep transport and social/recreational activities
Develop clients living employment and life skills through goal-oriented support
Facilitate community access and group participation
Promote client independence choice and decision-making
Maintain accurate records using digital systems
Essential Requirements
Cert III in Individual Support Disability Aged Care or Community Services
Minimum 6 months experience supporting people with disabilities
Current Checks: WWCC NDIS Worker Screening First Aid Certificate
NDIS Modules: Completed Worker Orientation Infection Prevention Control training
Skills: Empathy adaptability conflict resolution and tech proficiency (Microsoft Office)
