Key Responsibilities
- Manual handling qualifications and experience.
- Provide one-on-one support aligned with personalised care plans
- Assist with personal care domestic tasks meal prep transport and social/recreational activities
- Develop clients living employment and life skills through goal-oriented support
- Facilitate community access and group participation
- Promote client independence choice and decision-making
- Maintain accurate records using digital systems
Essential Requirements
- Cert III in Individual Support Disability Aged Care or Community Services
- Minimum 6 months experience supporting people with disabilities
- Valid: Drivers Licence Reliable/Insured Vehicle Smartphone
- Current Checks: WWCC NDIS Worker Screening First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Modules: Completed Worker Orientation Infection Prevention Control training
- Skills: Empathy adaptability conflict resolution and tech proficiency (Microsoft Office)
