Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design scalable high-performance software solutions in alignment withproject requirements and company standards.
Optimise existing systems for performance scalability and reliability identifying andresolving bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Actively engage in hands-on coding and development ensuring code quality scalabilityand maintainability.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams communicating technical conceptsand project updates.
Provide technical leadership guiding and mentoring junior engineers in the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
5-8 years of hands-on experience in software engineering focusing on scalable system design and development.
Strong experience in backend server development with proficiency in a modernprogramming language such as Go TypeScript or Python. Familiarity with additionalbackend languages like Java C# or Rust is advantageous.
Experience with Docker Cloud services (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud)and related technologies.
Proficiency in Kubernetes or equivalent container orchestration platforms includingOpenShift Nomad or Docker Swarm.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform Pulumi orCloudFormation.
Proven expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools like AWSCodePipeline GitHub Actions or similar ensuring efficient scalable and securedeployment workflows.
Experience providing technical leadership mentoring and guiding teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams andstakeholders.
