- Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Golang to design build and scale highperformance backend and midtier services.
- The role focuses on developing cloudnative APIdriven platforms using Golang as the primary language complemented by Java and Python for multiservice ecosystems. This engineer will play a key role in enabling performant resilient systems while collaborating closely with product frontend and platform teams in an agile environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain backend and midtier services using Golang as the primary language. Build scalable secure and highthroughput RESTful and eventdriven APIs for enterprise platforms.
- Contribute to backend services written in Java and Python supporting interoperability across systems. Develop microservices and middleware components that enable seamless integration across internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with product managers frontend engineers and DevOps teams to deliver endtoend solutions. Ensure high code quality through unit testing code reviews performance tuning and observability. Participate in system design discussions contributing to architecture scalability and resilience decisions.
- Support cloud deployments CI/CD pipelines and production operations with a strong ownership mindset.
- Required Skills & Experience
- 610 years of backend or platform engineering experience in enterprise or productdriven environments.
- Strong handson expertise in Golang with realworld experience building productiongrade services.
- Solid experience with Java and/or Python for backend or midtier development. Strong understanding of microservices architecture distributed systems and API design.
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB). Handson exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP). Familiarity with containers and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices. Strong problemsolving skills communication and ability to work across teams and geographies. Shape
