Registered Nurse Physical Medicine Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Case Manager

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a Registered Nurse - Physical Medicine - Tramatic Brain Injury (TBI) at Naval Medical Center San Diego in California. This position offers:

• Full time Mon - Fri between 0700 - 1700 hours.
• Shifts provided on Monday through Friday will normally be scheduled for an 8.5-to-9-hour period to include an uncompensated 30-to-60-minute lunch break respectively.
• No Federal Holidays or Weekends
• Opportunity to care for our Military men and women
• Work directly with medical case management for patients who require intensive services.
• Collaborate with the TBI multidisciplinary team members to resolve issues related to patient care communication policies and resources.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining liaison with appropriate community agencies and organizations.
• Serves as a resource to patients and their families to provide education guidance and resources both in the MTF and community settings.
• Salary to be determined but in the range of $35-$50.

The RN Phsyical Medicine - Tramatic Brain Injury (TBI) position requires:

• Possess a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or an Associate Degree in Nursing or a Diploma from a Nursing Program accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).

• Possess a minimum of 1 year experience
• Graduate from a college or university accredited by Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)

• Current full active and unrestricted license to practice as a clinic nurse in any state the District of Columbia Guam Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands.
