We are looking for experiencedTemporary Administrative Support for our site in Cork
Your Role
- You will work within the Customer Services / Supply Chain department
- You will maintain and update internal databases spreadsheets & filing systems
- You will complete other general administrative tasks
Your Profile
- You have relevant administrative education or minimum of Leaving Certificate or equivalent
- You have Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel & Outlook)
- You have strong organisational and time-management skills
- You show high attention to detail and accuracy
- You have the ability to handle a busy workload and to deliver results on time
- You have the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- You have a professional approach at all times
