Job Title: Registered Nurse Med/Surg Telemetry (MS/Tele)
Location: Massena NY
Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Day Shift (3x12-Hour 7:00 AM 7:00 PM)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills in telemetry monitoring and the ability to manage a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage dysrhythmias
Administer medications IV therapies and blood products
Perform patient assessments and respond to changes in condition
Utilize rapid response and code protocols when necessary
Manage central lines PICC lines and peripheral IVs
Provide respiratory support including oxygen therapy BiPAP/CPAP and HFNC
Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements:

Active New York RN License
Minimum 2 years of MS/Telemetry experience
EPIC experience required
Required Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
Strong skills in telemetry monitoring and acute care nursing
