Qualifications
Masters degree required At least two or more years of experience in advising counseling or in related fields in a higher education setting or equivalent combination of education and experience An established record of accomplishment promoting student development programs and building positive relationships Excellent interpersonal human relations teaching/presenting and problem-solving skills A collaborative disposition and posses the ability to think both critically and strategically Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
2-3 years advising counselor or comparable experience ; with data systems such as Ellucian Banner and EAB /Navigate and Degree Works
