Job Title: Oracle HCM Integration Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Integration Developer to design develop test and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other internal/external systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) HCM Extracts BIP reports Fast Formulas and REST/SOAP web services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement integration solutions between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems (payroll benefits timekeeping etc.).
• Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) HCM Extracts BIP and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Collaborate with HR IT and external vendors to gather integration requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Configure and support Oracle HCM modules like Core HR Payroll Benefits Absence Management and Talent Management.
• Perform unit testing integration testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor integration performance and resolve errors proactively.
• Maintain technical documentation and adhere to data security and privacy standards.
• Support data conversions and batch job scheduling as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
• 3 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
• Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) HCM Extracts BI Publisher and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with Fast Formulas OTBI and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
• Solid understanding of Oracle HCM data model and business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
• Experience with global HCM implementations and multi-country integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience integrating with systems like ADP Workday SuccessFactors or other third-party vendors.
