Your Work Profile

As a Manager in the Innovation team you will be responsible for defining standards and executing tasks associated with managing projects. You will be:

Working closely with the business teams to execute the firms innovation agenda while reporting to the Chief Innovation leader

Lead the creation of high-quality program reports dashboards and data-driven presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders

Ability to connect with different business asset teams to understand multiple assets facilitating asset roadshows support in external and internal marketing campaigns along with creation of various asset GTM collaterals.

Take ownership of facilitating communication and meetings between business teams senior leadership and internal team members to drive cross-functional alignment and ensure the success of innovation programs.

Decent understanding of next-generation technologies like AI ML RPA etc. is a plus.

Ability to communicate effectively across written verbal and presentation formats to a variety of audience

Key Skills Required

MBA or Engineering degree from a reputed institute.

6-10 years of total experience with atleast 4 years of PMO or program/project management

Strong analytical complex problem-solving conceptual skills task prioritization follow-up tenacity creativity and service orientation skills

Ability to multi-task work independently and stay focused in a dynamic fast paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Access Word PowerPoint) and Data Visualization tools

Must have very strong attention to detail and the ability and willingness to learn quickly about new subjects

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
