What youll be doing
As a Commercial Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of No7 Cosmetics. You will report to insert managers name and lead a dynamic team working closely with the Beauty business unit in Boots UK. Your mission will be to create and execute innovative commercial plans that resonate with both bricks-and-mortar and digital retailers.
Key responsibilities
Develop and deliver the No7 Cosmetics commercial plan ensuring alignment with brand growth objectives.
Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to drive brand success.
Collaborate cross-functionally to leverage all teams in executing the commercial strategy.
Analyse performance data to refine strategies and improve commercial returns.
Ensure flawless execution of plans focusing on operational excellence across all KPIs.
What youll need to have (our must-haves)
Proven experience in commercial or account management roles particularly within retail.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn performance data into actionable plans.
A proactive independent mindset with a passion for beauty and innovation.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
It would be great if you also have
Experience in launching new products to market with a focus on 360 execution.
A creative mindset that embraces change and adapts to market dynamics.
