Your Job:

In the role of Senior Java Developer you will play a key part in the development of our software solutions. As part of a dynamic and collaborative team of developers product managers and other functional designers you will work together to achieve common goals.

To successfully fulfil the role by:

• You build and enhance innovative software solutions for our real estate products using Java object-oriented design principles and a sound understanding of collections exception handling unit testing with JUnit and data structures.
• You conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• You focus on quality performance and reusability.
• You embody the Scrum spirit within a self-organizing team.
• You work closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

• You have completed IT training or hold a university degree (FH/TU) in Computer Science.
• You have 4-6 years of professional experience as a software developer using an object-oriented programming language in Java.
• Ideally you have rich knowledge on JavaScript TypeScript Angular and SCSS.
• You have working knowledge on the Agile development methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban) and tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence).
• You work independently and analytically while remaining creative eager to learn and a team player.
• You use your strong German (B2 and above) and English language skills to communicate confidently in a global environment.
