Nature and distinct environment of public management compared to management in the private sector: traditional public administration and the new public management. Contemporary issues in public management.

Ph.D. or Ph.D. course work in the field of the above course. Teaching experience in the field.

The course will be offered in person. Teaching method might be modified due to public health measures or other reasons.
