Job Summary

This is a Cactus Wellhead position and the Aircraft is located in Sugar Land.

Flights- As needed basis

Requirements:

* Experience flying- Challenger 300/350 Preferred

* Hold second-class medical certificate

* Logged a minimum of 3000 flight hours

* International flight experience

JOB SUMMARY: The First Officer supports the Pilot in Command (PIC) in the safe efficient and compliantoperation of company aircraft. This role collaborates closely with the PIC Chief Pilot and companyleadership to ensure successful flight missions while maintaining the highest standards of safetyprofessionalism and customer service. The First Officer is responsible for assisting in flight preparationexecution and post-flight duties and must be prepared to assume PIC responsibilities if required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include thefollowing.

  • Assist the Pilot in Command in all phases of flight operations including pre-flight in-flight andpost-flight activities
  • Ensure aircraft readiness including inspections cleanliness stocking and requireddocumentation
  • Adhere to all applicable safety health environmental and regulatory requirements(FAA/FAR/AIM and other governing bodies)
  • Maintain current knowledge of aviation regulations industry standards and companyprocedures
  • Operate in full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and demonstrateeffective Crew Resource Management (CRM)
  • Support flight planning navigation communication and operational decision-making
  • Maintain accurate flight records and required documentation
  • Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism to passengers and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with flight department personnel maintenance teams and operations to ensureseamless mission execution
  • Monitor and report any safety operational or maintenance concerns
  • Be prepared to assume Pilot in Command responsibilities if necessary
  • Represent the company professionally at all times while interacting with passengers airportpersonnel and external partners
  • Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by the Chief Pilot or management

EDUCATION TRAINING EXPERIENCE: Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college ortechnical school; or four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience. Three (3) years as a professional pilot.

CERTIFICATIONS LICENSES REGISTRATIONS: The first officer/second in command should:

  • Jet time in a Pilot-in-Command or SIC capacity is preferred.
  • Hold a commercial certificate with appropriate category and class ratings.
  • Hold an instrument rating.
  • Have logged a minimum of 3000 flight hours (some exceptions).
  • International jet experience- Challenger 300/350 preferred
  • Hold a second-class medical certificate.
  • Meet all currency requirements regarding instrument flight time and night landings prior toflying any required trips.
  • Be able to pass an instrument competency check in the category of aircraft to be flown.
