We are looking for an Intern to join our Legal Team.
Based in Sorocaba and reporting to the LATAM Labor Legal Manager you will be involved in the daily routine of the legal department focusing on the following activities:
You will be responsible for:
- Monitoring legal publications through the case management system (Pro Juris);
- Maintaining internal litigation controls;
- Supporting the Labor Lawyer with the management of external law firms handling labor lawsuits;
- Managing the schedule of hearings and expert examinations;
- Requesting documentation required for the preparation of labor defenses and performing critical analysis of received documents;
- Drafting legal documents in general such as Extrajudicial Notices and responses to Official Letters;
- Participating in meetings with other company areas and external law firms (case discussions alignment prior to expert examinations and hearings etc.);
- Supporting the Labor Lawyer in the preparation of legal opinions;
- Registering controlling and monitoring deadlines for payment of court fees (costs/fees/outstanding balances etc.) and appeal deposits;
- Performing other activities compatible with the objectives of the internship.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for a student with the following skills and motivations:
- Law student preferably between the 3rd and 6th semester;
- Knowledge of Word Excel PowerPoint and other MS Office tools;
- English and Spanish will be considered a plus;
- Knowledge of the Projuris system is a plus;
- Excellent writing skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Proactive and committed profile;
- Good communication skills;
- Teamwork-oriented attitude.

Estamos em busca de um Estagiário (a) para se juntar à nossa Equipe Jurídica.
Baseado em Sorocaba reportando-se a Gerente Jurídico Trabalhista LATAM você participará diariamente da rotina do departamento jurídico. Você se concentrará nas seguintes atividades:
Você será responsável por:
- Acompanhamento de publicações através do sistema de acompanhamento processual Pro Juris;
- Manutenção de controles processuais internos;
- Apoio ao Advogado Trabalhista com o controle dos escritórios externos que cuidam dos processos trabalhistas;
- Controle da agenda de audiências e perícias;
- Solicitação de documentação necessária para elaboração de defesas trabalhistas e realização de análise crítica de documentos recebidos;
- Elaboração de documentos jurídicos em geral tais como Notificações Extrajudiciais e respostas a Ofícios;
- Participação em reuniões com as demais áreas da empresa e com os escritórios externos (reuniões de pauta alinhamentos prévios às perícias e audiências etc.);
- Apoio ao Advogado Trabalhista na elaboração de pareceres jurídicos;
- Lançamento controle e acompanhamento de prazos para pagamento de guias judiciais (custas/taxas/saldos remanescentes e etc.) e depósitos recursais;
- Outras atividades compatíveis com o objetivo do estágio.

Procuramos um(a) aluno(a) com as seguintes competências e motivações:
- Estudante de Direito - preferencialmente entre o 3º e 6º semestre;
- Conhecimento em Word Excel PowerPoint e outras ferramentas do pacote MS Office;
- Inglês e Espanhol serão um diferencial;
- Conhecimento do sistema Projuris é um diferencial;
- Excelente escrita;
- Capacidade de organização;
- Perfil pró-ativo e comprometido;
- Boas habilidades de comunicação;
- Atitude de trabalho em equipe.
