Client Relationship Associate

Vendor Coordination & Communication

• Manage vendor portals to track compliance requirements and updates
• Communicate with vendors via email and phone to request and follow up on documentation
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and confidently
• Maintain clear timely and professional communication with external stakeholders

Documentation & Compliance Support

• Review vendor submissions for accuracy and completeness
• Track outstanding requirements and follow up consistently
• Maintain organized up-to-date records across systems
• Flag missing or non-compliant documentation for escalation

Client Support

• Support day-to-day compliance operations in line with client expectations
• Provide timely updates on progress issues and outstanding items
• Escalate risks or delays proactively

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in any field
• 02 years experience in administration operations or customer-facing roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence handling phone and email communication professionally
• High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
• Reliable consistent and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy

What Will Set You Apart

• Experience working with structured processes or compliance-related tasks
• Exposure to professional email communication with external stakeholders
• Comfort working in a fast-paced process-driven environment

This role follows EST working hours (3:00 PM 12:00 AM Monday to Friday) and requires availability during Kenyan public holidays in alignment with the client schedule.
