What Youll Do

• Lead your own caseload and develop creative strategic approaches for every client
• Represent clients confidently in contested family law matters (hearings mediation trial)
• Help families find resolutions through negotiation not just litigation
• Apply deep knowledge of the Texas Family Code and TRCP
• Counsel clients with clarity compassion and pragmatism
• Be part of a team that believes in winning together and growing every day

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of experience handling contested family law cases
• Active Texas State Bar License
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

Base: $120000-$150000 Bonus Performance-based bonus compensation. (Quarterly Annually)

$170000 OTE (On Target Earnings)
