Job Summary

As a Client Success Manager at SS&C Wealth and Investments Technologies you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients ensuring their successful adoption utilization and satisfaction with our industry-leading investment management solutions. You will build strong relationships proactively identify client needs and drive the long-term success of our partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong trusted relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients understanding their business objectives and challenges.
* Act as a trusted advisor proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client utilization of SS&Cs products and services.
* Onboard new clients and guide them through the successful implementation and adoption of our software solutions.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients assessing their current usage identifying areas for improvement and presenting value-add solutions.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales product development professional services and support to ensure client issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
* Monitor client health metrics identify at-risk accounts and develop strategies to mitigate churn and drive retention.
* Educate clients on new product features updates and best practices to maximize their return on investment.
* Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with the sales team on upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
* Provide valuable client feedback to product and development teams to inform future product enhancements.
* Represent SS&C at industry events and client meetings as required.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Business Finance Technology or a related field.
* Proven experience (3 years) in a client-facing role such as Client Success Account Management or Consulting within the financial technology (FinTech) or investment management industry.
* Strong understanding of financial markets investment workflows and/or asset management operations.
* Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proactive problem-solver with a strong customer-centric mindset.
* Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
