We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the UK-wide deployment of a cage tracking solution. This is a highimpact digital transformation project designed to improve visibility operational efficiency and customer service across multiple sites nationwide.
Working closely with IT Operations and Service teams you will take full ownership of the project lifecycle driving adoption of new processes ensuring delivery against milestones and embedding new ways of working across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a nationally significant transformation initiative with real operational impact.
Your Mission at Elis
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead the national rollout of the cage tracking deployment across multiple UK sites
- Manage the endtoend project lifecycle from planning through to delivery and adoption
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams including IT Operations and Service teams
- Drive process change operational adoption and reporting usage
- Track project performance milestones risks and dependencies
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across internal stakeholders
- Use data and reporting to monitor performance and support decisionmaking
- Proactively identify issues and adapt plans to ensure successful delivery

- Proven experience in a project management or project coordination role
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Experience working crossfunctionally with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proactive adaptable and comfortable working in a changedriven environment
- Confident using data and reporting to track performance and outcomes
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Willingness to learn and support the adoption of new digital processes
