Job Summary

Role Overview

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join the Sales & Account Management team based in Montreal.

You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts (hotel groups and management companies) and play a key role in driving revenue growth through performance optimization data analysis and long-term partnership development.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (headquarters regional leaders hotel general managers) helping them maximize the commercial performance of their properties through the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic account management & relationship building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across HQ regional and property levels.
  • Performance analysis: Analyze sales data build reports and identify optimization levers (availability conversion rates pricing strategy segmentation).
  • Account planning: Co-develop and execute strategic action plans with partners.
  • Supply development: Support the expansion of available inventory across partner properties.
  • Internal collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective execution of regional strategies.

Your Profile

  • Experienceof 3-4 years minimum  in account management revenue management or complex account handling in hospitality or e-travel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights (CRM and BI tools such as Tableau preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders in complex environments.
