Job Summary
Reception and Hospitality Associate
Miami FL (Onsite)
4 Months (Temp to Perm)
Qualifications :
This position will act as a Reception and Hospitality Associate at a Law firm. Seeking a polished customerfocused professional to support Reception Hospitality and Office Services for a law firm environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and visitors
- Answering and forwarding calls
- Booking conference rooms and visiting offices
- Ordering pre-packed meals
- Setting up catering and beverages
- Maintaining conference rooms and kitchen spaces
- Providing additional support with mail shipping copying scanning and office supply ordering
- Working closely with onsite staff and the Operations team
- Serving as the first point of contact for Office Operations and Facilities requests
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated quick learner and consistent performer
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; moderate walking/sitting required
- Flexibility for early or late weekday shifts as needed
- Experience in Office Operations Hotelling Business Office environments or law firms preferred
