Compliance Intern
Job Summary
We are looking for a Compliance Intern to support the Reverse Logistics team in monitoring and ensuring adherence to operational processes internal standards and sustainability guidelines related to returns collection and material recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the monitoring of compliance with reverse logistics processes (collection sorting returns recycling).
- Verify adherence to operational protocols by suppliers and logistics partners.
- Assist in internal audits of logistics processes.
- Identify process deviations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper traceability of materials across the reverse logistics chain.
- Support the documentation and standardization of operational processes.
- Collaborate with Operations Sustainability and Supply Chain teams.
- Provide general support to the team on compliance-related operational tasks as needed.
Skills Knowledge & Expertise
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain Environmental Engineering or related fields.
- Interest in logistics operations and sustainability.
- Basic knowledge of logistics or supply chain processes (preferred).
- Intermediate Excel skills (preferred).
- Basic to intermediate English (preferred).
