What Youll Do:

Client Service Management

• Act as the global point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients.

• Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders at client and internal leadership levels.

• Conduct regular business reviews identify client goals and challenges and present tailored solutions.

• Ensuring regular and ongoing coaching with the Client Service Team member.

Trust & Financial Governance

• Maintain oversight of client trust accounts ensuring adherence to contractual legal and ethical obligations.

• Trust Accounting Processing and reconciliation including but not limited to payment posting disbursement integrity and timely remittance to clients.

• Support audit preparing and providing necessary documentation and reports.

• Trust Accounting Trial Balance review and maintenance.

Administration

• Manage global client correspondence ensuring prompt response and professional communication.

• Support compliance data privacy and information security requirements for all assigned clients.

Initiatives

• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on automation process consistency and client trust management.

• Other ad hoc and administrative duties as assigned
