E&S Coordinator – Hydropower

• Coordinate environmental and social (E&S) activities across hydropower projects ensuring alignment with project timelines scope and quality standards.
• Support and contribute to the preparation of Environmental Social and Health Impact Assessments (ESHIA).
• Act as a key interface between internal teams clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage inputs from various stakeholders involved in E&S and ESHIA deliverables.
• Review draft and quality-check technical reports and documentation prepared by internal teams or subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with international environmental and social standards (e.g. IFC ADB Equator Principles).
• Support stakeholder engagement activities including coordination with authorities and local stakeholders.
• Contribute to overall project delivery through collaboration problem-solving and knowledge sharing within international teams.
• Participate in project assignments across regions (Asia Africa Europe) as required.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Environmental Science Environmental Engineering Civil Engineering GIS or a related field from a reputable university.
• Social specialization (e.g. resettlement livelihood restoration anthropology) is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in ESHIA/ESIA preparation.
• At least 2 years of experience in coordination of E&S activities.
• Strong knowledge of international E&S standards (IFC Performance Standards ADB Safeguard Policy Equator Principles).
• Prior experience in hydropower projects is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with strong cultural awareness.
• Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written) with strong report-writing capability.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate across multiple parties.
• Strong teamwork mindset proactive attitude and willingness to learn and support others.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
