Key Responsibilities

• Storytelling Through Design:
  At the end of the day you understand that products are only as valuable as the experiences our customers have using them. You synthesize research feedback and business context into clear design solutions that guide users effortlessly through complex workflows. Once thats done you help the team understand why the design worksusing artifacts rationale and shared language to align everyone around the user experience.
• Designing with Intent:
  You leave your ego at the door and dont design for trends or visual novelty alone. You thoughtfully prioritize usability accessibility and claritymaking deliberate design decisions that solve real customer problems. You know our users tell us every day whether were on track through their engagement adoption and feedback.
• Creating a Culture:
  You understand the importance of transparency ownership and iteration in building best-in-class products. As an early member of this team the way you design critique and collaborate will help set the standard for how we build products tomorrow.
• Data-Informed Design Decisions:
  Your design decisions are grounded in data and insight. From analyzing user behavior and journey friction to validating ideas through testing and iteration you use both qualitative and quantitative inputs to guide your work. From early concepts to post-launch refinements you stay closely connected to the real-world impact of what you design.
• User-Driven:
  You meet users where they are and deeply understand their pain points workflows and goals. User research isnt a handoffits central to your process.
