Hotel All Rounder

Front Office & Food & Beverage All Rounder (Evening Shifts)

This is a true all-rounder role where youll be at the centre of the guest experience working across both Front Office and Food & Beverage - primarily on evening shifts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests and managing efficient check-in and check-out processes
• Delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences
• Providing food & beverage service including waitressing duties
• Responding to guest requests and resolving issues proactively
• Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining accurate guest accounts and handling transactions
• Recognising and engaging with loyalty guests
• Upholding hotel security procedures and guest confidentiality
• Assisting with surprise & delight moments to enhance the guest experience

Qualifications :

Were looking for someone who is energetic reliable and genuinely passionate about hospitality.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A friendly outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
• The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving

Essential requirements:

• Current WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Unlimited working rights in Australia
• Availability to work evenings weekends and public holidays

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience using a Property Management System (Opera Cloud preferred but not essential)
