The role

TheMarketing Manager Campaigns & Operations leadsthe planningcoordinationand delivery of integrated marketing activity across the Foundations major campaignspartnershipsand supporter communications.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Marketing and Communications this role plays a critical part in ensuring campaign readiness seamlessdelivery and strong brand governance across all channels.


Youlloverseeendtoendcampaign execution manage agency partners guide a small team and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation and Childrens Health Queensland to deliverhighqualityandimpactful marketing outcomes.

Thisis afull timerole and is based at our corporate offices in South Brisbane.

You bringa strong senseof ownership to your work are comfortable juggling competing priorities and value clear processes strongrelationshipsand attention to detail. You enjoy working in apurposedrivenenvironment bring a practical andsolutionsfocusedmindset and are confident partnering with senior stakeholders while supporting and developing your team.

Key criteria

To be successful in this role you willpossessthe following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing communications or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading theendtoenddelivery of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing or mentoring staff in a small team environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiestimelinesand dependencies
  • Proven experience coordinating marketing activity across digital print and content channels
  • Experience working with agencies and external suppliers including briefing workflowmanagementand quality assurance
  • Experience managing or tracking budgets campaign spend and reporting outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and withexecutivelevelstakeholders
  • High attention to detail strong written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to brand standards

Desirable:

  • Experience in digital optimisationanalyticsor performance reporting
  • Experience working in thenotforprofitor health sector
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms CRMsystemsor marketing project management tools
