Your future team
You will guide a high-performing team of 10 experienced technicians dedicated to developing Axiss global platforms. As part of our IT Infrastructure & Operations department you and your team will collaborate with other expert groups and stakeholders to define and deliver thecutting-edgeinfrastructure and technology that supports Axis worldwide.
Together with your team your primary responsibility will be to strategically evolve Axiss technological landscapeidentifyingandimplementinginnovative solutions that meet businessneedsand contribute to a significant strategic advantage.

As our Manager - IT Platform you will guide and coordinate a highly skilled team fostering an environment of creativity curiosity and continuous personal development. Your guiding influence will be pivotal in ensuring our platform consistently meets Axiss evolving needs both today and tomorrow. This role offers significant autonomy as you build and inspire a newly formed team integrating all platform responsibilities. This means you and your team will be instrumental insettingthe strategictechnicalagenda and shaping the future direction of the platform.Youll collaborate extensively with stakeholders and technical teams to build and align comprehensive roadmaps and action plans.A key part of your remit will be to proactively manage and foster transformative technical initiatives and changes making a significant positive impact across the platform and the entire Axis organization.

Experience of Cloud Virtual platforms Kubernetes Automation & AI
Experience of buildingroadmap & action plans
