Essential Responsibilities

• Your priority is to establish and maintain product process vision in collaboration with the GSC Manufacturing Product Owners focused on defining and prioritizing the business problems to be solved through an ecosystem of purpose-built applications.
• Collaborate closely with delivery partners to convert business requirements into a clear and descriptive set of development requirements
• Drives continuous improvement of factory digital technology in support of factory targets. Including facilitating or participating in Kaizen AWO and problem-solving efforts. Drives continuous improvement of software offering including capturing/prioritizing feedback for software enhancements and leading adoption/implementation efforts of standard factory systems.
• Work with business functional and technology stakeholders to build solutions in an Agile & Lean product delivery environment throughout the entire product execution with pace is required to meet the business objectives.
• Interact with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering obtaining product feedback and prioritize continuously based on business and customer needs.
• Be responsible for developing vision for how technology can be leveraged to solve critical business problems articulating the impact of solution on business outcomes and maximizing ROI of invested capital.
• Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs
• Facilitate convergence of functional and technical knowledge
• Work with technical team often comprising of members of separate organizations to coordinate day-to-day execution as per outlined plan
• Cooperate with and manage external vendors as required
• Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required
• Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
• Own and manage the backlog; continuously order and prioritize to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready
• Own the short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases while also managing Operations supportability of current feature sets
• Assess and pragmatically mitigate technical debt and risks; balance with needs to implement new features while simultaneously ensuring defect resolution.
• Mentor junior team members; provide technical leadership to TPMs across organization

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in business computer science or in STEM Majors (Science
• Technology Engineering and Math)
• A minimum of 2 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials in product management
• Possess a passion for supply chain and manufacturing that demonstrably makes tangible improvements in operations technology and software to drive automation of manufacturing methods
• Able to bridge and converge Information/Digital Technology with Operations

Eligibility Requirements:

• Legal authorization to work in the selected country is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job (no relocation included)
• Must be willing to travel up to 10%

• PMP ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications
• Proficiency with MS Office suite of products such as Excel PowerPoint and Word
