Job Summary

Were looking for a HR Graduate to join our Transportation team based in Wymondham Norfolk. Location: Wymondham Norfolk Starting Salary: 30000 per annum Pathway: Permanent Full-time 2-year programme leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA 38k Starting date: September 2026 We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. What will you be responsible for As a HR Graduate youll be assisting in the operational HR team supporting the delivery of key HR initiatives Your day to day will include: Collaborate with the HR team to support the administration and delivery of HR initiatives including talent management performance management learning and development organisational development and employee engagement. Provide administrative support for employee relation cases with guidance from the HR team. Support the onboarding of new starters ensuring a smooth onboarding experience Carry out exit interviews with leavers to analyse feedback trends and improve staff retention. Provide administrative and organisational support to ongoing projects including liaising with HR and project management teams.
