Senior Project Manager

Were seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-value complex construction projects. Youll oversee project teams build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure projects are completed safely on time and within budget. This is an opportunity to make a real impact whilst supporting and developing others. What will you be responsible for As a Senior Project Manager youll be working within the Operations team. Your day-to-day will include: Leading projects from tender stage through to successful completion ensuring delivery on time and within budget Managing and mentoring site teams providing guidance and support to help them perform at their best Building excellent working relationships with clients acting as their key point of contact Overseeing project budgets programmes and performance keeping stakeholders informed of progress Identifying solutions to technical and logistical challenges ensuring quality standards are met What are we looking for This role of Senior Project Manager is great for you if: You have substantial experience leading high-value construction projects from pre-construction to delivery Youre skilled at managing project budgets programmes and teams effectively You have strong communication skills and can build collaborative relationships at all levels You possess expert knowledge of NEC and JCT contract conditions You hold a relevant construction qualification (degree level or equivalent) and professional membership (e.g. CIOB/ICE) Were all about finding potential here at Kier and transferable skills are always welcome!
