Disputes & Investigations Solicitor
The Opportunity
We are working with a leading Irish law firm to appoint a Solicitor to join its high-performing Disputes & Investigations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 36 years PQE to step into a role handling complex high-value and often cross-border matters.
The team advises a broad mix of Irish and international clients across sectors including technology financial services life sciences real estate and more.
The Role
You will gain exposure to a wide variety of contentious and regulatory work including:
- High-value commercial litigation and dispute resolution
- Arbitration mediation and alternative dispute resolution
- Regulatory investigations and engagement with key regulators
- White collar crime matters (fraud bribery corruption AML)
- Defamation and reputation management issues
- Internal investigations and corporate crisis response
The Person
- 36 years PQE in litigation/disputes (top-tier mid-tier or strong boutique)
- Strong interest in complex commercial disputes and investigations
- Experience dealing with regulators or multi-party litigation is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with clients
