Job Summary

Were looking for a Product Marketer to join Recentives core product and go-to-market this role youll own how our products are positioned launched and understood by the marketwith a constant focus on driving adoption engagement and long-term customer value. Youll collaborate closely across product sales and customer teams to ensure our messaging reflects real customer needs and clear differentiation. You understand that great products dont sell themselvesand that your job doesnt endbut is just beginningafter every launch.



What Youll Be Doing


  • Storytelling & Positioning:
    At the end of the day you understand products are only as powerful as the stories we tell about them. You synthesize product capabilities customer insights and market context into clear compelling positioning and messaging. You translate complexity into clarityhelping customers quickly understand why our products matter and how they fit into their world.
  • Go-to-Market Ownership:
    You dont launch features because they existyou launch them because they solve meaningful problems. You thoughtfully plan and execute go-to-market strategies that drive awareness adoption and usage. You know our customers and prospects tell us every day if were on track through engagement pipeline conversion and retention.
  • Creating a Culture:
    You understand the importance of alignment accountability and iteration in building best-in-class go-to-market motions. As an early member of this team how you collaborate communicate and execute will help define how we bring products to market tomorrow.
  • Data-Driven Decisions:
    Your decisions are grounded in data and insight. From monitoring launch performance and adoption metrics to analyzing win/loss data and customer feedback you use objective signals to refine messaging and strategy. From early hypotheses to post-launch optimization you keep a close eye on impact and outcomes.
  • Customer & Market Driven:
    You meet customers where they are and deeply understand their pain points buying journeys and motivations. Market research competitive analysis and customer interviews arent someone elses jobtheyre central to yours. What you uncover shapes how we build position and sell our productsand what customers choose to do next with them.

Enabling Connectivity:
You work across product sales customer success and marketingserving as a key connective thread across our ecosystem. You understand that successful go-to-market execution only happens when teams are aligned around shared goals clear expectations and consistent communication.
