Who You Are
Demonstrates ownership and accountability; Ability to execute and deliver on tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
What Youll Do
As a QA Technician II you will:
- Performs basic visual and mechanical inspection of product and components per procedure specification or drawings using the appropriate measuring equipment.
- Supports the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process by receiving evaluating and repacking returned product.
- Performs work-in-process and inventory transactions to ensure systems and physical product integrity.
- Performs documentation reviews of inspection and test results.
- Performs first article inspections and generates NCMRs (Non-Conforming Material Reports) as required.
- Performs periodic roving audits of the production floor processes and procedures and finished goods inventory.
- Interacts with internal departments to assure open communication and resolution of actual and potential quality issues.
- Assists in the resolution of product related issues by helping to identify the root cause and assisting with implementation of Corrective/Preventive actions to assure a high level of outgoing product quality is maintained.
- Assists in gathering and reviewing quality data for trending purposes.
- Reviews and updates Standard Operating Procedures as needed.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college or continuing education desired.
- 2 years of experience performing inspections or other quality related work is required. Experience working in a GMP environment preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency to include a working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.
- Experience with Oracle (or a similar operating system) is preferred.
- Knowledge of Bregs product lines is a plus.

- For more information regarding Company benefits please see Range: $19.00-$24.00/hr. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience skills and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to geographical location work experience skill set relevant trainings and certifications and business needs.
