Position Details

  • Position Title: Sales Director
  • Location: Danville VA
  • Experience: Senior living sales experience preferred (open to healthcare hospice home health SNF hospitality or outside sales backgrounds)
  • Compensation: Up to $75000 base salary strong monthly and quarterly bonus potential
  • Benefits: Full benefits package

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience with strong ability to prospect build relationships and close
  • Experience in senior living or related industries preferred
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay active in the local market
  • Comfortable in a relationship-driven service-based sales environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales results preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive occupancy growth through tours follow-up and lead conversion
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals physicians and community partners
  • Represent the community at events open houses and networking opportunities
  • Manage prospects throughout the full sales cycle from inquiry to move-in
  • Partner with the Executive Director and leadership team on census strategy
  • Maintain accurate CRM records pipeline tracking and sales activity reporting
  • Promote the communitys lifestyle care offerings and overall value to prospective residents and families
