Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable patient empathetic and experienced CNA / PCA to provide in-home support to a client in the early stages of Alzheimers including but not limited to transportation and support at Insight Memory Care Center meal preparation and various ADLs. This role offers the opportunity to bring comfort dignity and companionship to a client who needs our support.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide respectful and gentle personalcare
• Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene mobility and meal preparation
• Identify or recommend fun and engaging activities for client based on their interests
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe and peaceful home environment
• Collaborate with family members and care teams to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in the state of Virginia (preferred) or Experienced PCA
• Experience with Alzheimers preferred
• Compassionate patient and emotionally attuned to client needs
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
