About the role:
- You will be advising on high-value and technically complex coverage issues including policy response indemnity and strategic claims management.
- Work across first party property claims complex property damage matters and multi-party liability disputes.
- Act for insurers across a range of insureds including organisations construction professionals and corporate service providers.
- Assist on large recovery matters and selected professional indemnity claims particularly across the construction and property space.
- Work closely with partners and colleagues across interstate offices giving you genuine national exposure and access to high-quality matters.
The ideal candidate:
- 3 years PQE with a strong focus on first party property disputes coverage work or complex insurance litigation.
- Experience acting for insurers ideally with exposure to coverage advice and property-related claims.
- Strong drafting analytical and communication skills with good attention to detail.
- Commercial organised and confident managing competing priorities across active files.
- To be motivated to develop deep expertise in first party property and coverage disputes within a collaborative national team.
