Ethics Team: Training & communications ethics case management monitoring and compliances activities etc.
Your Work Profile
Leading Ethics Case Inquiries
Develop inquiry approach and methodology
Conduct investigations and prepare detailed reports
Implement recommended actions and ensure timely follow-up
Manage stakeholder communication throughout the process
Program Governance & Reporting
Prepare presentations for governing bodies on program status and outcomes
Develop Dashboards for regular updates and reporting to ethics leaderships
Training & Awareness
Design and develop training content tailored for different organizational levels
Deliver training sessions across geographies under India
Monitor effectiveness and ensure compliance
Program Monitoring & Compliance
Oversee implementation and adherence to ethics and compliance programs
Track progress and address gaps proactively
POSH Portfolio Management
Maintain and update POSH policies
Develop and conduct POSH training programs
Ensure compliance with POSH requirements
Support Internal Committee (IC) during inquiries and case handling
Key Skills Required
- Masters degree in human resources / personnel management / MBA / CA / CS / LLB
- Experience in conducting ethics inquiries
- Excellent drafting and communication skill
- Ability to network manage ambiguity and appreciate different viewpoints
- Passion to build relationships and collaborate
- Matured and emphatic
