The Role

The Senior Project Manager / Senior Scrum Master is a senior delivery leader who helps Walsworth deliver meaningful outcomespredictably and at scaleacross customerfacing digital products eCommerce platforms and enterprise technology initiatives.

This role blendsscaled Agile leadership program and project management discipline financial stewardship and coaching. You will lead complex initiatives across multiple Agile teams supporthybridand waterfall projects whereappropriate (including ERP) and provide transparency so leaders can make informed decisions.

This is a handson leadership role with accountability for bothoutcomes and how those outcomes are achieved. The schedule for this salaried exempt role is Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery acrossmultiple Agile teamsin a scaled environment (SAFeor similar)

• FacilitateScrum of Scrums Architecture Syncs and crossteam planning

• Facilitate as a Scrum Masterfor Feature teams UX Quality and/or Architecture

• Partner with Product Architecture UX and Engineering to align priorities and capacity

• Define track and reportdelivery metrics and dashboardsfor teams and leaders

• Proactively managerisks issues and dependencies

• Track and manageproject and capital budgets; communicate forecast vs. actuals

• Coach and mentorScrum Masters Project Managers Product Owners Developers and UX/UI Designers

• Providedirect people leadershipto Scrum Masters and/or Project Managers as assigned

• Partner with business sponsors and stakeholders; communicate clearly and early

• SupporteCommerce and digital platform delivery

• Lead or supporthybrid and waterfall initiatives including ERP projects (NetSuite a plus)

• Coordinate delivery acrossmultiple vendors and partners

Required Qualifications

• 8 years in senior delivery leadership roles (Senior Project Manager and/or Senior Scrum Master)

• Experience inscaled Agile environments(SAFeor equivalent)

• Proven success leadingmultiple Agile teams

• Strong experience withmetrics dashboards risk issue and budget management

• Experience deliveringdigital products and eCommerce platforms

• Experience inmultivendor environments

• ComfortoperatingacrossAgile waterfall and hybrid delivery models

• Strong communicationskills with senior and executive stakeholders

• Must be authorized to work within the U.S. (Walsworth does not offer employment sponsorship now or in the future.)

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen background check and social media check

• Must be willing to commute into the Overland Park Marceline and other facilities as needed

Preferred:ERP experience (NetSuite) capital project managementSAFe PMP PMIACP or CSP certifications
