- Implement the L.E.A.P. curriculum using age-appropriate activities materials and TLEs state-of-the-art classroom technology
- Build genuine relationships with children families and colleagues that make TLE feel like a true community
- Communicate regularly with parents about their childs milestones adventures and daily wins through our mobile app and in-person conversations
- Partner with co-teachers and center leadership to maintain TLEs high educational standards
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- High school diploma or GED (Associates degree or higher in ECE or related field strongly preferred)
- 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred
- Genuine passion for early childhood education and child development
- Strong communication skills with kids and their parents
- Creative patient reliable and team-oriented
- CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
