As a Corporate Trust Administration Analyst II youll be responsible for supporting paying agency and transfer agency activities related to cash and transaction processing and reconciliation. Maintain our core recordkeeping systems cash processing systems and sub-accounting system processing transactions ensuring our omnibus accounts are proof and database and records are accurate.
Youll be responsible for overseeing day to day activities around cash processing and reconciliation in support of our business partners and client activities. Youll monitor daily and intraday reports to ensure timely resolution to open transactions and ensure cutoffs are met.
Youll support debt service activities and work with client service teams to escalate daily activities to meet business obligations. Participate with technology support teams with systematic process flows and initiatives to improve flows and efficiencies. Perform testing for system and process flow changes.
Youll also manage transfer and Paying Agent responsibilities and various reconciliations.
What youll need:
5 years of related experience.
High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations including deposit operations loan administration treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations rules and regulations industry standards and practices.
Intermediate to advanced experience working with Excel.
Intermediate Solvas or TranStar experience preferred.
Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
